🔄 Returns & Cancellations

Returns: We do not accept returns due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping and sanitary reasons. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, and care instructions thoroughly before purchasing.

Cancellations: Once an order is processed and the shipping label is created, cancellations are not possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or if we made an error in fulfilling your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.

🚫 Rejection at Final Destination

If an order is rejected during delivery, our system will cancel the order once it returns to our warehouse.

For prepaid domestic orders: A refund will be initiated by debiting ₹100 towards cancellation charges. The balance will be refunded and credited to the same payment instrument within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders: Shipping costs will be charged for both to and fro at actuals, and reward points will be deducted from the customer’s account.
