Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned, unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used body care or hair care products.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gifted or complimentary products.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit,
  • Defective, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

you must notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product as instructed by the support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
