📦 Delivery & Dispatch

We take pride in crafting each product fresh to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, please allow us 2–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, our delivery partners typically require an additional 4–7 business days to deliver the package to your doorstep.

Note: Free shipping applies only when the minimum order value is met before taxes and after any discounts.

Shipping Costs: We calculate shipping fees based on the weight of your package and the delivery distance from our studio in Jabalpur. Currently, we ship via Delhivery and Maruti Courier Services.

📦 Lost Packages

While we strive for flawless delivery, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but not received. If your package is missing, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will initiate an investigation with the courier service.

Important: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and that the delivery location is secure. If you’re concerned about package theft, please reach out before placing your order, and we can arrange for delivery with a signature confirmation. Additional fees may apply.

📦 Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping charges. Please note that any additional fees incurred for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

🛡️ Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, we monitor for potentially fraudulent transactions. If a purchase is flagged, we will contact the buyer promptly for identity verification. Shipping will proceed only after confirmation.

🧼 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at indiakaura@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange the item upon verification.

Important: For bath bombs, which are fragile, we ensure careful packaging. However, due to handling during transit, they may occasionally break. In such cases, we regret that we cannot offer a replacement.
